Turboprop Charter in Noblesville

A turboprop is often the most sensible aircraft for a regional trip. It handles shorter runways, carries a small group in comfort and costs less to fly than a jet over the same distance. We match the aircraft to your trip and quote it all-inclusive.

When a turboprop makes sense

A turboprop turns a propeller with a turbine engine. Over a few hundred miles it climbs to cruise fast, uses less fuel than a jet and lands at nearly the same time. Common models such as the Pilatus PC-12 and the King Air line have pressurized cabins, letting you fly over much of the weather instead of through it.

Where they really stand out is reach. Plenty of turboprops handle runways that are too short for bigger jets, which puts small regional airports near a plant, a client's office or a lake house within range. For a team with a meeting two states away, or a family headed to a quiet field close to the cabin, that can save an hour of driving on each end.

We go over your trip the way we would with the neighbor across the street. When a light jet or another aircraft fits the distance better, we tell you and explain the reason.

What comes with a turboprop charter

  1. 01

The right turboprop for your flight

We consider headcount, luggage, distance and the airports you prefer, then recommend a turboprop that suits. You get our reasoning, not only a tail number.

  2. 02

    Checked operators

FAA-certified Part 135 air carriers operate the flights. That federal standard for on demand charter covers pilots, maintenance and operations.

  3. 03

    One all-inclusive price

The flight, fees and taxes appear together on your quote, and nothing hidden is added afterward. Point to point pricing covers only the legs you take, so a one-way trip never costs round trip pricing.

  4. 04

    Pets and Wi-Fi

Pets can fly, so the family dog sits with you rather than in a crate. WIFI equipped aircraft can be arranged when you want to work during the flight.

  5. 05

    FBO arrangements

We confirm the FBO on both ends, share your arrival time and tell you where to park and where to meet the crew.

When a turboprop fits the trip

  • You are flying regionally

Turboprops are at their best on flights of about one to two hours. You lose little time compared with a jet, while the savings are real.

  • The closest airport is small

When the airport nearest your destination has a short runway, a turboprop can often land where a jet cannot.

  • Your party is four to eight

Most charter turboprops carry a small group in comfort, with space for bags, golf clubs or sample cases.

  • Airline connections eat your time

If flying commercially means a hub layover plus a rental car, a direct turboprop flight can shrink a two-day trip to one.

How booking and flight day work

  1. 1

    A conversation by phone

Tell us where you are going, when, and who is coming. We ask about bags, pets and any timing that cannot move.

  2. 2

    Your quote and aircraft options

We come back to you with an all-inclusive quote, with the aircraft, the airports and the schedule laid out. If a different aircraft would serve you better, we include it so you can compare.

  3. 3

    Confirmation and details

Once you approve, we confirm the operator, crew and FBO. You get the address, the departure time and a contact for the day.

  4. 4

    Flight day

Arrive at the FBO a short while before departure, park close to the aircraft and board with your passengers. There is no terminal line, and your bags go on with you.

What goes into a turboprop price

A turboprop charter is priced on the aircraft's flight hours plus the fees that surround them. With point to point pricing, a one-way flight is quoted as one way. These are the pieces behind your all-inclusive quote.

Miles and hours flown
A longer trip means more hours in the air. Headwinds and detours around weather can stretch that time too.
Which model
A single-engine PC-12 costs a different amount per hour than a twin-engine King Air 350. Cabin size and range also factor in.
Bringing the aircraft in
When the aircraft starts away from your departure airport, flying it over may add to the price. Choosing one nearby keeps that low.
Waiting and overnight stays
Coming back the same day keeps the crew and aircraft busy on your trip. An overnight can bring crew lodging and aircraft fees, which we list ahead of time.
Airport and FBO charges
Landing, handling and ramp fees change from one airport to the next. Your quote lists them, so nothing surprises you later.

Common turboprop questions

Are turboprops as safe as jets?

A turboprop engine is a turbine, the same core technology behind jet engines, with a long history in charter and regional service. The operator matters most, and ours are Part 135 carriers held to federal charter standards.

How does turboprop speed compare with a light jet?

Its cruise speed is lower than a light jet's, yet on short regional flights the gap is usually small. Since it can land at smaller airports nearer your destination, total door-to-door time may even be shorter.

Is a turboprop loud or rough?

Today's turboprops have insulated, pressurized cabins and cruise well over the lowest weather. It is louder than a large jet, but you can talk normally. In stormy weather the crew steers around turbulence where possible.

Is my dog allowed?

Yes, pets can fly. Let us know your pet's size on the call and we will choose an aircraft with room for everyone to be comfortable.

Can I book a one-way flight only?

Yes, and you pay for one way only. A one-way trip is never billed at round trip pricing, and if a suitable aircraft is already repositioning, ask us about empty leg flights.

Plan your next regional flight

Share your dates, passengers and destination, and we will put together a turboprop option with every cost written out. No long term commitments, just the flight you need.
