Heavy Jet Charter in Noblesville

When the group is large or the flight is long, a heavy jet gives everyone room to stand, work, eat a real meal and sleep. We match you with the right large-cabin aircraft and give you one all-inclusive quote before anything is booked.

The largest cabins for the longest days

Heavy jets are the long-range end of private charter. Cabins are wide and tall enough to walk upright, often split into separate zones for meetings, dining and rest, with a full galley, a proper lavatory and generous baggage space. Many can fly coast to coast or cross an ocean without a fuel stop.

They are the right call when a smaller jet would mean a tight cabin, a fuel stop or a second aircraft. Think a leadership team flying overseas together, a family trip with luggage for two weeks, or a group of a dozen or more who want to arrive rested. For shorter hops with fewer passengers, a super-midsize or midsize jet charter is usually the better fit, and we will say so plainly.

We work from our office and by phone or video, the way a neighbor would help you plan a trip: listening first, then recommending the aircraft that suits the flight rather than the biggest one available.

What your heavy jet trip covers

An aircraft picked for the mission
Passenger count, luggage, range and runway length all come first, and only then do we suggest a jet. You hear why it fits your trip, not just its model name.
Operators we have looked into
Each flight is run by an FAA-certified Part 135 air carrier, and we review the operator and aircraft with you ahead of departure.
One number, all-inclusive
Aircraft, crew, fuel and standard fees sit inside the quote, so the amount you approve is the amount you pay. Nothing hidden appears after you land.
Point to point pricing
Flying one way to London or Los Angeles for a long stay? You will never see round trip pricing on a one-way flight.
Comforts arranged ahead
Together we plan the catering, ground transport at the arrival FBO and bed setups for overnight legs. Pets are allowed, and we can arrange WIFI equipped aircraft.
No strings attached
You book one trip and nothing more. There are no annual fees, no prepaid hours and no contracts.

Signs a heavy jet is the right aircraft

  • Your group is a dozen or more

Once passenger count climbs past what a super-midsize seats comfortably, a heavy jet keeps everyone on one aircraft and one schedule.

  • The flight crosses an ocean

Transatlantic and long international legs are where heavy jets earn their place, often flying nonstop where smaller jets would need to stop for fuel.

  • You need to sleep on board

Overnight flights are far easier with seats that recline flat, divans that convert to beds and a quieter rear cabin.

  • There is a lot to carry

Golf bags, ski gear, presentation equipment or two weeks of luggage for a family fit in the larger baggage hold, much of it reachable in flight.

  • The team has to work en route

A conference table, separate seating zones and onboard WIFI let a group prepare together and land ready.

What drives a heavy jet quote

Heavy jets have the highest hourly rate in charter, so the details carry real weight. Our quotes are point to point and all-inclusive, so you see the complete figure before committing. Here is what shapes it.

Distance and time aloft

Most of the price comes from flight hours. Flying nonstop can bring the total down by skipping a fuel stop and the extra time it takes.

Where the jet starts

When the closest suitable heavy jet is based in another city, it must fly in to pick you up. A one-way empty leg heading your way can sometimes remove that cost, and our Empty Leg Flights page explains how.

Crew and overnight stays

Trips lasting several days add crew lodging and per-diem costs, and very long legs can call for an extra pilot or flight attendant.

Flying abroad

International trips bring customs handling, landing permits and foreign airport fees. We put them in the quote up front instead of adding them later.

Dates and demand

Holiday weeks and big events limit what is available. Booking ahead leaves more aircraft to choose from.

How your heavy jet trip gets planned

  1. 1

    Start with a phone call

Share your destination, dates, headcount and what is coming with you. We ask about the details that count, such as pets, catering and any arrival time that cannot slip.

  2. 2

    Aircraft choices and pricing

We return with heavy jets that fit, each with an all-inclusive, point to point quote. If a smaller aircraft would do the job just as well, we say so.

  3. 3

    Locking in the details

After you pick, we confirm the operator, aircraft, crew and departure FBO, and set up catering and ground transport. You will know where to show up and when.

  4. 4

    The day you fly

Drive to the FBO, skip the terminal lines and board soon after you arrive. The crew loads your bags and gives a briefing before takeoff.

  5. 5

    Help while you travel

You can reach us 24/7 during the trip, so a moved meeting or a late return is handled by someone who already knows your plans.

What people ask about heavy jets

How large a group can a heavy jet take?

Most cabins seat somewhere between 12 and 16, and certain layouts take more. Fewer seats are usable as beds on an overnight leg, so we plan around the way you want to travel, not the highest seat count.

Where does the flight depart?

Usually from an FBO, the private terminal at an airport near Noblesville that can handle a large jet. A heavy aircraft needs a long enough runway, so we settle on the airport and send you directions.

Can we reach Europe nonstop?

Often, yes. It comes down to the aircraft, the passenger load and that day's winds. We measure range against the full itinerary before we quote, so a fuel stop never shows up as a surprise.

Can our dog come with us?

Pets are welcome. Bring it up on the call and we will check the operator's rules and any documents an international trip calls for.

Who is at the controls?

An established charter carrier runs the jet and supplies the crew. We plan the trip and stay your point of contact. You get the operator's name and the aircraft details ahead of departure, and if anything about the crew or jet is unclear, ask and we will track down the answer.

Does a one-way trip include a return charge?

No. Pricing is point to point, so one way is quoted as one way, and round trip pricing never applies to a leg you skip.

Planning a long flight with a full cabin?

Tell us the route, the date and who is coming along. We will recommend the right large-cabin aircraft and give you one all-inclusive number to consider.
