ServicesSuper-Midsize Jet Charter
Super-Midsize Jet Charter From Noblesville
A super-midsize jet gives a full group a cabin you can stand in and the range to fly to either coast nonstop. We size the aircraft to your people and bags, then give you one all-inclusive quote.

The Right Size for Long Days in the Air
A super-midsize jet sits between the midsize and heavy classes. Typical models include the Challenger 350, Gulfstream G280, Citation Longitude and Praetor 600. Most seat eight or nine passengers in a wide, flat-floor cabin with room to stand, a proper galley and an enclosed lavatory. Many carry baggage you can reach during the flight.
The real difference is range. A light or midsize jet heading west from central Indiana may need a fuel stop. A super-midsize aircraft usually makes the trip nonstop, so a four-hour flight stays a four-hour flight.
We work the way we would for a neighbor planning a big trip. We listen first, recommend only the cabin you need and explain every line of the price before you commit.
Part of Every Super-Midsize Trip
A model that suits your party
Before we suggest a model, we look at passengers, luggage, pets and the runway where you land. If a midsize jet would do the trip comfortably, we say so.
A single all-inclusive price
Fuel, crew, landing fees, FBO charges and federal excise tax roll into one figure, and nothing hidden is tacked on after you book.
Pay per leg
You are billed only for the legs you fly. One-way trips never carry round trip pricing, and there are no long term commitments.
Who operates your flight
Every trip we arrange is flown by an FAA-certified Part 135 air carrier, which is the U.S. standard for on demand commercial charter.
Comfort in the cabin
Your pets can travel with you, and WIFI equipped aircraft let you keep working in flight. We can also arrange catering ahead of departure.

Signs a Super-Midsize Jet Fits Your Trip
- You are flying coast to coast
- Nonstop range is the main reason clients step up to this class. Skipping a fuel stop saves time and a second takeoff.
- Seven or more passengers
- A full executive team or two families traveling together fit without anyone giving up a proper seat.
- Bulky luggage
- Golf bags, ski gear and trade show cases fit in the larger hold, and some bags stay reachable in flight.
- A long working flight
- If you plan to hold a meeting, take calls or sleep on the way, a stand-up cabin and quiet interior make a noticeable difference by hour three.
- Short notice
- Plans change. We take calls around the clock and can source available aircraft on demand when a trip comes together late.
How a Charter Comes Together
- 1
A conversation by phone
Tell us where you are going, when, who is coming and what they are bringing. We can also talk by video or at our office.
- 2
Options and one quote
We present suitable super-midsize aircraft with photos, seating layouts and age, each with an all-inclusive price.
- 3
Confirmation
Once you choose, we confirm the operator, crew and schedule in writing and send passenger details to the FBO.
- 4
Departure day
You arrive at a private terminal around Indianapolis, typically 15 to 20 minutes before departure. Your car can often pull close to the aircraft, and bags are loaded for you.
What Shapes the Price
Super-midsize charter is priced mainly by flight time, then by the details of your trip. We break each one out on the phone so the quote makes sense before you agree to anything.
- Flight hours
- Distance and winds aloft set the time in the air. A westbound leg against the jet stream usually runs longer than the return.
- Aircraft model and age
- A newer Longitude or Challenger 350 with a refreshed interior prices differently from an older airframe in the same class.
- Overnights and wait time
- If the aircraft and crew stay with you for a multi-day trip, crew lodging and daily minimums apply. A one-way trip avoids these entirely.
- Season and extras
- Holiday weekends and major events tighten availability. Winter de-icing, special catering and remote airports can add cost, and each appears as a clear line in your quote.
Super-Midsize Questions We Hear
- How does a super-midsize differ from a midsize jet?
- Its cabin is usually wider and taller, so most adults can stand. It also has more range, often enough for a nonstop flight from Indiana to either coast. For shorter regional trips, our Midsize Jet Charter can be the better value.
- Who flies the aircraft?
- The crew of an established charter operator flies each trip we book, and you learn the operator's name before confirming. Ask us about the aircraft's age, interior and assigned crew. If you are not comfortable with an option, we find another.
- Is my dog welcome?
- Pets can travel with you. Let us know the number and size when you call, and we will confirm with the operator and plan the cabin.
- Can I get online in the air?
- WIFI equipped aircraft are available to book. Connection speeds vary by system, so tell us if you need streaming or video calls and we will choose with that in mind.
- Is a one-way booking possible?
- Yes. With point to point pricing, one leg is never billed as a round trip. Also ask about Empty Leg Flights, which can lower the cost when a jet is already repositioning on your route.
